For one person

Your own notes, written once and kept right.

A personal workspace with only what one person needs. Write, reuse, find, and learn. No teams, roles, or approvals in the way.

Start by typing. Reuse what earns it.

Write a note the way you would anywhere else: by typing. When you notice a piece you will want again, a checklist, a definition, a step you keep rewriting, give it its own note and include it where it was. Change it once, and every note that uses it is right.

That one habit is what the whole app is built around.

What you get

  • A visual editor, with Markdown a switch away. A familiar toolbar for headings, lists, tables and images. Diagrams render live from a few lines of text. Every note is stored as plain Markdown, so nothing is locked in.
  • Notes that include each other. Include a whole note inside others and it stays current. Link to a note by name and the link survives a rename. Every note has a permanent address that never changes.
  • A nudge when something is out of date. Set how often a note should be looked at again, and it appears on your Home when it is due. When a note you reuse changes, you are asked whether it changes what it says, and the notes that include it are flagged.
  • Search that finds the passage. Results show the part that matched, with your words highlighted. Search by meaning finds what you wrote even when you do not remember the words.
  • Ways to learn it back. Summaries, mind maps, quizzes and flashcards are made from your notes when you ask for them, and marked out of date when the note changes.
  • Charts, tasks, and a first draft. Edit the numbers once and draw them the way the story needs. Tick notes into a task and watch the progress on Home. Describe what you want to write, and an assistant drafts a first version for you to shape.
  • Every version, kept. Step back through earlier versions of any note and compare them.

What it leaves out

One account, and you are the administrator. No roles, groups, audiences, approvals, polls or forms. The pages for them are simply not there, so the app is as small as your own notes.

Yours to keep

Your notes are stored as plain Markdown, so nothing is locked in and nothing needs a special tool to read.

AI appears only when you ask, answers from your own notes, and never changes a note behind your back. You hold the switch for every AI tool.

No. A personal workspace has one account. Teams and firms start on the home page.

Can I publish or share a note?

Not from a personal workspace. It is private to you.

Can I leave with my notes?

Yes. Every note is plain Markdown, and you can ask us to export everything you have.
